"If you would only eat an apple a day, we would use these up," my mother exclaimed today, as she has every day for the last month. Yeah, right. What about the other thousand apples still on the trees, mom? Due to a mild spring, and in spite of the bee crisis, pollination happened in record numbers throughout the state this year, including in our little backyard, with our three apple trees. So they are laden, at the moment with Fujis, Pink Ladies, Golden Delicious, Granny Smiths, and any number of other varieties my father has grafted on to the trees over the years.

剛剛看到Simple Recipes整理的相當多樣的蘋果食譜。比方說、焦糖蘋果、烤蘋果、蘋果醬汁、蘋果醬汁香料蛋糕…等。除了他自己網站裡的蘋果料理外，更幫忙整理了一些寫過蘋果相關食譜的blog文章。想在秋天用蘋果做點幸福甜點的人可以參考喔。

我自己是看的津津有味拉。有空再來把試做結果放上來，順便翻譯一下。
